New Idea!!

So I'm back now after a job change again lol I have been so busy!! I decided to change my blog name and have a different focus. My title comes from that song "Pretty Girl Rock" by Keri Hilson, I love that song and it makes me feel good about myself when I hear it.  Now onto my new focus, I'm one of those type of women that like to make my attempt at being crafty. I do this partially because its fun but also its thrifty. I recently wiped the dust off of my brand new sewing machine, that we got for our wedding, and have been taking it for a spin.

I have a few projects that are almost done I just need to buy some elastic which I will probably do on Thursday. I get my ideas from other blog and crafty sites so when I put up my project I will give a direct link to where I learned it. I really like the t-shirt refashioning that I have seen and have been making baby pants, sleepers, and last night just tried my first shot at reverse applique (not too bad for the first time). I like to have a spot where I can go back and look at what I have done and also to organize the sites I have used for different projects. I have a feeling my family will want to know how to do some of these projects!
